REGISTER CAPITAL INFLOW WITH BRAZILIAN CENTRAL BANK
When a company with foreign capital stock is established in Brazil, or when becomes a shareholder of a Brazilian company, foreign capital inflow must be registered before Brazilian Central Bank.
Such register aims to prevent from money laundering crimes and also to ensure the profit remittance to abroad.
The legal term to get the capital inflow registered with Brazilian Central Bank is within 30 days. However, if your company hasn't done that yet, we recommend you to do it as soon as possible.
