foreign companies
in Brazil.

Legal management of operations
With 15 years of experience in International Law and fluency in 3 languages, we provide legal management of operations for the opening of foreign companies in Brazil.
Our work method involves 3 steps: analysis of the ideal scenario for the client, management of legal operations, and banking compliance for sending funds from abroad to Brazil.
Steps
01.
Analysis of the ideal legal scenario
We analyze the foreign investor's current scenario to define the ideal company structure that will allow the development of the business in Brazil. Therefore, we streamline the company formation process, enabling the beginning of operations in Brazil.
02.
Management of legal operations
We prepare the documents and proceed with the registration before the Brazilian public authorities for the company defined by the client. This ensures the legal security of operations and proper communication with the specialists involved in the business operations of the newly formed company.
03.
Banking compliance for remittances
The legal and valid documents we produce allow us to communicate directly with exchange banks to approve the sending of international remittances to your company, ensuring speed, security, and negotiation of the most favorable exchange rates.
Benefits
Our services are for you if you value these principles:
