Legal certainty
to open your
foreign company
in Brazil.

Open a business in 3 steps.
Opening a foreign company in Brazil requires 3 steps: preparing the foreign documentation, drafting/registering the articles of incorporation in accordance with Brazilian law, and transferring funds from abroad to Brazil.
With 15 years of experience in International Law and fluency in 3 languages, we take care of these formalities to make your business viable in Brazil.
The 3 stages
01.
Prepare of documentation
foreign
Foreign documents must be notarized and apostilled abroad for subsequent certified translation in Brazil. A prior review of these documents by an international lawyer reduces unnecessary expenses and guides document selection.
02.
Drafting the Brazilian articles of incorporation
Drafting the articles of incorporation in accordance with Brazilian law that simultaneously protects the interests of foreign partners is the responsibility of the international lawyer. Once this is done, the company agreement and foreign documents must be registered before a Board of Commerce in Brazil to have legal validity and begin operations.
03.
Sending funds to Brazil
Company registered, operations cleared! Now your company can start doing business in Brazil. Avoid wasting time and money with traditional banks that don't allow you to negotiate exchange rates. Rely on your international lawyer to negotiate them directly with authorized exchange banks.
